Order Processing

We strive to process orders within 2 business days. During peak seasons or other exceptionally busy periods, processing times may be extended. You will be notified via email if there are any unexpected, extensive delays with your order.

 

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs and budget. You can choose your preferred shipping option at checkout. Rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery destination of your order.

 

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery times displayed at checkout are provided by the shipping carrier and are based on business days, excluding weekends and holidays.


Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimations only and are subject to change without from carriers notice due to a variety of reasons including, but not limited to, Acts of God, epidemics, labour disruptions, equipment failures, and unanticipated surges in volume.


Untracked delivery times via Canada Post letter mail are estimated at 4 business days within Metro Vancouver, 5 business days within BC, and 6 business days nationally.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to Canada and the US. For any questions please contact hello@freshlyunbothered.com. Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain destinations at our discretion.

 

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can use this information to track the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@freshlyunbothered.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. For packages shipped without tracking, we reserve the right to wait 10 business days beyond the Canada Post delivery standards before sending a replacement.


Returns

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please see our Returns Policy for more information or to initiate a return.

 

Duties & Tax

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Any import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
